All Japanese imported cars will have the "short" radio frequency band, from 76-90 mhz, and the GPS navigation system is unavailable. We can convert all imported Volkswagen navigation / radio to New Zealand standard: FM 88-108mhz with NZ navigation function.

How do I know if I have Volkswagen MIB1 System?

 To check your map/software version;

Long Press Menu Button > Service mode  > check the Software Downlaod / Version: eg:MHIG means VW MIB1 system 

How do I know if I have Volkswagen  MIB2 system?

To check your map/software version;

Long Press Menu Button > Service mode  > check the Software Downlaod / Version: eg:MHI2 means VW MIB2 system 

Note: The NZ new MIB2 will display MST2. We can active factory Carplay and update the Navigation

The MIB2 MK7 has the same appearance as the MIB1,But it comes with Factory CarPlay and Android Auto

The MIB2 MK7.5 features a Brand-New Glass Screen and comes with Factory CarPlay and Android Auto, and the dashboard will also display the Map
