Delivery Terms & Conditions


1. General

These Delivery Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding the delivery of your goods.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within New Zealand. Orders placed for delivery outside our service area will not be accepted.

Rural Deliveries: If your delivery address is in a rural or remote area, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will contact you by email before dispatching your order to confirm the extra charges. Your order will be held until payment for the additional fees is received.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery time estimates (from dispatch):

North Island: 1–2 business days

South Island: 2–3 business days

We use Post Haste for all deliveries.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Additional charges may apply for rural or remote locations: If your delivery address is in a rural or remote area, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will contact you by email before dispatching your order to confirm the extra charges. Your order will be held until payment for the additional fees is received.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Post Haste tracking number and instructions to track your package.

6. Delivery Method

No signature is required upon delivery. Your package may be left at the delivery address if no one is available. Please ensure the delivery location is secure, as we are not responsible for packages after delivery is confirmed by the courier.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Goods

If your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery.
We may request photographic evidence and will investigate with Post Haste. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.

9. International Deliveries

Currently, we do not offer international shipping through our website.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.
